The property spans the beach to bay living to allow all sorts of fun. You will enjoy the open floor plan from the kitchen, dining area, living room and screened lanai. There are also exterior glass sliding doors to make this an all-weather space. You get both morning and afternoon sunlight shining in all hours of the day. The wide private beach explodes in color during the sunset on the Gulf.
The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, four side chairs and a large TV providing several streaming services and free secured wi-fi for the entire condo. The fully stocked kitchen has all up-to-date appliances and includes a washer & dryer. Diners can sit at the open breakfast bar or dining table or even out on the lanai for a beautiful, relaxing views swaying in the breeze. There is a lovely view of the sunrise over the bay.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with new shower, and sliding doors to the lanai. The guest room also has a king-sized bed, a TV with streaming services and an adjacent bathroom.
