This quiet golf cart friendly community boasts uncrowded beaches with many public beach access points. It is located between Laguana & Rosemary Beach, minutes from fine dining, shopping & entertainment along the 30A corridor. You and your family or guests will enjoy being in this quiet neighborhood which does not have any high rise neighbors. Furnishings & bed are very comfortable. Newer appliances inside not one but two fully equipped kitchens, includes access to two sets of on-site washer and dryer. Smart tv/sound bar & cable. AC & ceiling fans, electric furnace for winter getaways.
Spend time together or escape to your own spaces. You are going to feel at home everything you need is here. Off street parking. Outdoor propane grill, covered seating, water feature, propane fire pit, hammock, private decks. Outdoor heated shower with rain head.

Please note the number of guest that are suited for this property 6 adults and 4 children. 10 total guests regardless of sleeping accommodations. There are 3 bathrooms total and property can only accommodate this amount of guests due to the size of each house and capacity of water heaters and septic systems. This is not a pack everyone into a small space type of property as it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes it fantastic to relax and enjoy.
Each house is approximately 1,200 square feet of living space. Total of 2,400 square feet.
Property is monitored 24x7 both professionally as well as by property management via exterior cameras.
No Parties are allowed.

We truly value your willingness and cooperation in helping to keep our homes clean, safe and not damaged in any way. Below are our additional Terms of Service:
I. All Locals must contact the host before instant/conventional booking. No local guests can book the home unless prior approval has been confirmed with the host. This must be indicated in the guest initial inquiry.
II. Only the individual who booked the reservation can check into the home unless a prior arrangement or acknowledgment from the host has been made. This is for the protection of both guest and host. The booking party must be present for duration of the stay.
III. Extra guests are not allowed besides those indicated on the booking reservation. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 people. Occupancy over the maximum number of guests will be vacated.
IV. Quiet hours for guests are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy to our neighbors, no outdoor/patio use after 10pm.
V. Absolutely no parties are allowed, as this unit is for residential use only.
VI. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to a smoking fee for a minimum of $200 per day. Plus, additional cleaning fees and service fees associated with the disruption of future guests check in.
VII. If a guest checks out of the home in an extremely dirty or excessively messy condition, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied to accommodate extra time the cleaning crew spends to remedy the condition.
VIII. Late check outs are not allowed unless prior arrangement with the host. An additional charge of $30 will be assessed up to the first 30 min past the check out time as established in the booking reservation. After 2 hours of holding the property past the indicated check out time of the reservation, the guest will be assessed a full day penalty fee in the amount of one day, without possession of the unit.
IX. Any violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Please contact us with any questions or clarifications.
X. An earlier check in may be arranged for an additional fee but is dependent on availability. We cannot accommodate luggage drop offs as it interferes with the cleaning crew.
Q: Can we use the patios and deck at night?
A: Yes, but after 10 PM keep it down or the neighbors will call us or the police. If the police are called you will be asked to vacate with no refund.
