BACKYARD: The incredible yard is complete with your very own private pool (NOT HEATED) and waterfall, a 4 burner propane BBQ, a large covered patio with 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool when sipping on your favorite drink. You also get to enjoy the view of the San Tan Valley Mountains or gaze up at the vast star lit sky in the evening.
MAIN FLOOR: The spacious eat-in-kitchen is equipped with a glass kitchen table with seating for 4, Stainless Steel side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, garburator, microwave, and glass top stove, granite counter tops, island and pantry. You can also enjoy the formal dining room that seats 8 guests while you overlook your backyard oasis through the large windows!
