If you are looking for a low key, quiet, laid back retreat, Mi Linda Casita is waiting for you.
Mi Linda Casita is located in an established neighborhood on the East Side. Home has recently been remodeled with all new furniture and fixtures. Bedrooms have 2 queens and 2 twins to comfortably sleep 6. Home is well suited to elderly guests, families with young children and everyone between.
The kitchen is fully loaded with most anything you will need for all your family’s cooking needs. The table and chairs seat 6 comfortable, but I also have 2 extra chairs along with a folding table and chairs if you have guests. There is a table and 4 chairs on the patio to enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the roadrunners, an another by the pool for taking a break from swimming. There is a TV in the kitchen so you can watch the morning news with your breakfast, or tune into the kids favorite show.
The Den is cozy and perfect for curling up and watching a movie or a sporting event any time of day. With a small selection of Movies, Games and Books to pass your evening. There is Cable TV and high speed internet, with wifi to hook up to. The Den is equipped with a wall unit AC, the rest of the home is cooled by Swamp Cooler or Evaporative Cooler. (If you are traveling in July, Aug or Sept, this may be an issue for you do to the humidity)
The backyard is a mini escape with the private pool (heat extra), patio and hot tub. The pool area is fenced and can be locked, and separate from the yard so no worries while the kids are in the backyard playing. You can sit by the fire pit and enjoy the stars at night and listen to the coyotes howl, or relax in the sun and watch the bird life come and go. We are close to the Air Force Base so on occasion you can watch the planes flying over. Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away the noise is not a bother.
