The house of 200m2 is in the center of the beautiful town of Sant Pol de Mar only 200m from the beach, 100m from the train station, 50min from the center of Barcelona and 65km from El Prat Airport with direct SEGALES bus. Nowadays it keeps the original colonial style of the first Indianos reflecting the essence with high ceilings and preserving ornaments on the walls typical of neoclassical architecture. It is distributed on 3 floors plus a small rooftop solarium with a laundry room and spectacular views of the town and mediterranean sea, as well as a patio with outdoor furniture on the ground floor. The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 double beds and 2 single beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed for an additional person. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms with bathtub and shower, 2 living rooms, flat-screen TV in several rooms, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a private parking space. Key collection takes place in the same house from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment and groups under 25 years old are not accepted. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
