Positive: The location next to the park and the river are great. Some nice breakfast places close by. Relatively easy to take the bus or tube into town. Practically everything you need is in the apartment.

Negative: One of the bedrooms has thin walls and is beneath the stairs. It can get quite noisy. The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant sewer smell. The shower regulator is high and the thing to put the shower head in was broken.
