Home has an open and light filled floor plan, recessed lighting, smooth ceilings, beautiful kitchen with granite counters, manicured yard and covered patio.
Convenient to park, shopping, and restaurants.

The space
Very quiet family oriented area. Across the street from Simi Arroyo park.
Easy access to Simi Arroyo bicycle and walking path. The arroyo is a natural waterfowl habitat and migration route.
10 min to Reagan Library by car.
Less than 15 minutes to Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Westlake Village.
Easily go to the beach from Malibu to Santa Barbara.
Guest access
The driveway is large enough to park three cars. A ramp can be provided for wheelchairs, etc. (There is only one 4" high step on the property)
Within one hour you can access everywhere from Santa Barbara to downtown LA.
Almost every retail shopping is available nearby. (Costco, super Target, and Stater Brothers market each about 1/2 mile away) Very user friendly area.
Other things to note
For purposes of full disclosure, We want to be very clear about the fact that I (Mike) will also be on the property (I have a travel trailer that I stay in when guests are here). If I'm traveling or camping, this is a moot point. When I'm here and guests are here, I restrict my access on the property to my trailer AND the garage. This is so guests can have total privacy within the house. I have my own private entrance on the other side of the house, but you may hear the automatic or the other garage door open and close if I'm retrieving my tools (I'm currently doing some repairs on the trailer), or using either my bicycle or motorcycle. As I mentioned, my intent is to give guests the maximum privacy possible. I will not enter the house unless invited for some reason.
Both the garage and my home office will be locked and off limits for the duration of any stay.
