Positive: Location, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Easy to walk around or grab public transportation

Negative: The staff were not welcoming, barely on the desk - you’ll need to call for assistance a lot. Very slow responses on their WhatsApp. A lot of additional charges, cleaning, towels, breakages waiver/insurance etc. Far from a luxury experience they market
