This lovely mews house in located close to brilliant transport links, restaurants and bars, Harrods department store and the famous London museums. The property is split over 3 floors and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living kitchen and dining area. This would be the perfect place for up to 4 people looking for a unique place to stay which is located in a quiet residential area which is still easily accessible to the the heart of Central London. The Space: This attractive mews house is located on a quiet cobbled mews street. As you enter in through the private entrance you walk into the hallway. On your right is the second bedroom and straight in front of you is the bathroom. Head up the spiral staircase and you will come to the first floor which is the main living, dining and kitchen area. On the second floor is the master bedroom and another bathroom. There is unique artwork adorning the walls interesting sculptures at every turn. There is also a strong wifi connection throughout which will guarantee a happy stay. LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA This room has a great sense of space due to the mirrored wall by the sofa. The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a range of cook utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. The wooden dining table will seat 6 people comfortably. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa and chair which are perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer and you will be able to watch the TV which has freeview channels. BEDROOMS The master bedroom is located on the second floor. There is a sumptuous double bed and there will be plenty of space for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongs neatly away. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor. It has a comfortable double sofa bed and a large flat screen TV on the wall which has freeview channels. Both beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. BATHROOMS The bathroom on the second floor is next to the master bedroom has a bath with a large waterfall shower head attachment. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk in shower toilet and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. HOUSE RULES: We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as possible. Please keep the place clean and do not break anything. - The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any unregistered guests will not be accepted. - Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification upon check-in - This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. - This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. - Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in. Should the above policies are not respected, City Relay reserves the right to apply a penalty fee to the guest for any damages caused to the property. Guest Access: You will have access to the whole property. Linen, bed sheets, body lotion and shampoo will be provided. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Desk in Earl's Court - next to Earl's Court Underground Station where we will provide a folder with all flat instructions, how to get there, tube maps, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The reception desk is open every day from 9am until 9pm). 2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly 3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For a check-in after 8pm, a fee of £50 is applicable. Please let us know the most convenient way for you to do your check-in, so we can make your first day in London a good start! There is a variety of lovely shops, restaurants and bars just a short walk away on Fulham Road and also around Earls Court. The famous department store Harrods is a 20 minute bus or tube journey away. Kensington is also the home of many of London’s most notable museums. This includes the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Science Museum. These are both a 25 minute walk away. There are plenty of open green spaces within close walking distance. The closest is Brompton Cemetery. Getting Around: The house is in a fabulous location in terms of being able to get around quickly and easily. West Brompton- 6 minute walk ( District and London Overground) Earls Court- 9 minute walk ( District and Piccadilly line) If you would prefer to travel around London via bus there are a number of bus stops along Old Brompton Road Other Things to Note: - Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M instead of 3 P.M. - The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation.
