Summary: 1) only 1person on reception at Saturday lunchtime 2) bar staff couldn’t use the POS system to pay for our drinks and as she was very new and only just out of training whatever IT issues were the route of the problem she couldn’t resolve it. 3) Room condition was poor with a bare tv on the wall with no cabinetry around it. One of the bedside lamps was clearly damaged but not replaced. The bathroom door had previously been repeatedly soaked and the veneer was broken and peeling off. Finally there was a footprint on the bathroom floor, which wasn’t one of ours, so cleaning was probably inadequate.
