Positive: 1) Comfy cozy stay. spacious for 4 of us. 2) Well maintained facilities. washing, etc. Heater was strong during winter time. 3) Quiet neighbourhood. good night sleep. 4) I believe it is Value for money. ¥$14,400 for 2 night stay.
Negative: 1) Location is not totally out. just need to transfer train to Hakata. 2. Check-in process could be better. No reception since it is an apartment. Instructions were given beforehand. Self-check-in. need to do identity check on video. remember to take passcode at end of video.
Summary: Great for Family Stay. Clean and Comfortable apartment with full facilities.
