Positive: The receptionists (the girl and the boy) were very polite and tried to help, unlike their manager.
Negative: The managers' careless attitude. We arrived at this hotel at night after traveling for the whole day. It was +40 degrees, so we paid for 2 nights in the room with A/C, and the A/C was broken. The receptionist tried to fix it, but it wouldn’t work. He called the manager. We asked to change rooms, and he said all the rooms were sold out, which we think was a lie. So we asked for a discount, since we paid for a thing that wasn’t there. The manager said it wasn’t his problem and refused. So we slept in a hot, stuffy room for the full price. It was only the next day that we were able to change rooms.
