Tucked away in the coveted neighborhood of Park Meadows, this Park City Racquet Club unit is a stunningly renovated townhome-style condo, with stunning mountain and golf course views. Come and enjoy everything Park City has to offer at Racquet Club!
This lovely condo is located on the free shuttle route, and it is right next door is the Park City Municipal Area Recreational Center (PCMARC), that offers a fully equipped gym, indoor tennis facilities, a track, a pool and more. The Park City MARC is also a main theater for the world-renowned Sundance Film Festival. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, Park City Mountain Resort is less than two miles away!
You will enter the home through the front door into a reception area/landing right off the dining room, and at the base of the stairs. The main living area, dining room, and kitchen are all located on this first level, making for an open, and inviting space.
Living Room: Large, flat screen Smart TV, with cable, gas burning fireplace, and a large comfortable sofa make this room ideal for lounging after a long day playing on the mountains.
Kitchen: This updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything your family's self-proclaimed chef could need! Featuring granite counters, custom cabinets, decorative tile accents, and stainless appliances, you'll be right at home when you whip up some hot cocoa, or a 3 course meal!
Dining Area: A large contemporary table with seating for up to 5 will have you begging to dine in.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms so everyone can shower the day off.

The Loft: converted into an office space so you can work on vacation if you must (boo!).
Outdoor Areas: The main level features a large private deck off the living room with an 5-person seating, and a BBQ grill. Both master and guest bedrooms also offer small balconies so you can enjoy your morning coffee with some fresh air, and a view!

One of the most beautiful neighborhoods in all of Park City, the area offers expansive and dramatic views of the ski resorts. It is also known for being easily navigable, and near all of the attractions this charming ski-town has to offer.
Park City has a free shuttle bus that will take you all over! Fortunately for you, RC27 is located right on that bus route. However, if you chose to bring a car, there is plenty of outdoor parking in front of the condo. Uber/Lyft are always easy to get here as well.
