Our modern retreat lodges, all next door to each other and each sleeping up to 2-3 people, located in the picturesque harbour village of Bosham. These attractive and comfortable holiday lodges are fully equipped for a relaxing short break with friends or family. A restorative retreat or holiday rentals nearby the historical city of Chichester, South Coast beaches and Countryside. Located in beautiful and peaceful gardens & woodland and surrounded by nature! Yoga classes are also available onsite.
Sleeping up to 3 people the lodge is set in beautiful and secluded grounds. The modern and comfortable holiday lodge has everything you need for a perfect short break or holiday rental, with a twin/double bedroom, open plan living and kitchen area and separate bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. French doors lead to a patio area with seating and beyond into the tranquil woodland and gardens.

There is a sofa bed in the living area for a 3rd person.
Set in tranquil gardens with many wild areas, attracting nature of all kinds from butterflies, birds, bats, deer & hedgehogs. This serene area is beautiful to walk through and explore. It is full of colour and smells with seating in various parts of the garden for you to simply sit and enjoy the peacefulness.
On site The Green Door Centre runs an array of classes from meditation to yoga, Pilates, wellbeing etc, for more information please do not hesitate to ask.
The accommodation is non-smoking. and no pets.
There is plenty of parking nearby the cabins, all free of charge during your stay.
A welcome hamper is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of -
Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, washing up liquid, matches, kitchen roll, tissues, bin bags, pen, salt, pepper, fire lighters and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including wine, cookies, chocolates and sweets!
We also include shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and hand wash at each sink.
We can provide a travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair along with baby packs 0-2 years and toddler packs 2-4 years. Items are subject to availability and requested in advance for short stays only. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay. They will be cleaned and sterilised between each use.

The lodges are located 1.5 miles (20 minute walk) from the centre of the Saxon village of Bosham and next to Chichester Harbour (10 minute walk), a National Trust Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In winter time when the trees are not so full, you can see out from the lodges across to Chichester Harbour.
The lodges provide everything you need for a private, relaxing getaway in the Sussex countryside or a great base for exploring the delights of Chichester and the surrounding area.
The Crate Café in Bosham is a short 10 minute walk away and offers delicious food and great coffee in a quirky setting. Open 7 days a week both daytime and evenings on weekends.
Bosham has regular bus links on the 700 bus route between Chichester and Portsmouth. Bosham train station is only short walk away.
The village of Bosham has two Co-op shops – both a short 10 minute walk away.
Located only a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from the lodges is the well photographed, stunning waterfront and Quay at Bosham which is well worth a visit. There is a car park in this area with paid parking. Bosham Walk is home to lots of unique, hand crafted gifts in various shops. There are also two cafes here and one sells excellent ice creams! A short walk from here is a lovely pub called the Anchor Bleu which is located on the harbour walls, overlooking the water. Outdoor seating at the back of the pub captures the views and the food is yummy! There is a lovely church in Bosham and a large green, ideal for games and picnics, overlooking the harbour which has the Bosham mill stream running through and out to sea. This is also a great spot for children (and adults!) to go crabbing! If you are keen on water sports, this is a lovely area to launch a kayak, canoe or to go paddle boarding. On a still day or evening when the water is flat calm, there is no better place to be!
There are two other pubs located in Bosham - The White Swan (9 min walk away) or the Berkeley Arms (20 min walk or 2 min drive away). Memories of India is a great Indian restaurant or takeaway and is only a 8 minute walk from the cottage. So India offers Indian takeaway food and is located on the roundabout, this is also very good. There is a fish & chip shop (Butlers) near the co-op on station Road, just a few minutes walk away.
There are lots more pubs, restaurants and cafes in the nearby harbour village of Emsworth (also a great bakery called Heidi's) or in the larger, historic city of Chichester - home to the beautiful cathedral. If you need any help or advise - feel free to ask!
