This property already has more amenities than any house on the island! There’s a brand new 7 person HOT TUB with 90 jets on the back deck with seating, string lighting for evening enjoyment, and a Weber gas grill with tools. Two additional decks also with all new furniture. The 3rd floor top deck has 4 new chaise lounges, comfy Adirondack chairs, and new SWINGING CHAIRS, perfect for enjoying the sun. Later, dine under romantic string lights on the TABLE FOR 12 on the front deck. Completely new custom-built furniture in every bedroom! There’s TWO COMPLETE MASTER SUITES each with fireplace and private bathroom. Each master bath boasts a huge 2-person shower with double shower heads, BODY JETS, and seating. In addition, each master bath also has luxurious deep 2-person JACUZZI TUB! First floor bedrooms have custom built Murphy beds that can be folded up each morning with all the bedding remaining on the bed. This allows a huge-bedroom feel in every room.

Also, a BICYCLE BUILT FOR TWO! Additional cruiser bikes, a kid tricycle, and a carpeted outdoor playground for toddlers.
There’s 4 fireplaces, off-street PARKING for 8-10 cars, 3 completely renovated fully-enclosed outdoor showers, all 3 with attached dressing rooms; huge GRANITE bar with seating for 8, dining table seating 6-8, large all-recliner furniture, huge hot water heater (never run out), 2 brand new central air units, highest speed internet and boosters on every floor, an extra garage refrigerator with ice maker, beautiful ceramic seashore dinnerware, seeded glassware, extensive barware including frosted beer mugs in the freezer, newer stainless steel kitchen appliances including a refrigerator with 2 ice makers and thru the door filtered water …. Too much more to list! All this and the perfect location! We’re steps from the 68th Street beach, perfected located between a swimming-only beach and a boogie board/rafting beach just feet from a public beach volleyball net (volleyball in garage)!
In addition you know you’re safe – the family and a cleaning team that work exclusively for me clean for 6 solid hours - sanitizing everything, moving the furniture, completely emptying and scrubbing the hot tub, strongly disinfecting bathrooms, scrubbing the barbecues, and more. Every week we bring home and launder all the bedding, mattress pads, bath rugs, mats, dishtowels, hand towels etc. and replace with duplicates. You can let your baby crawl on the floor without a single concern. Trust me – that is NOT what is going on in nearly every other rental on the island.
Other homes sleep 12+ people but don’t have the dining table or living room furniture to accommodate 12+ in comfort. And the sleeping is traditional bulky bunks (not disappearing Murphys) covering all the floor space, or uncomfortable sofa beds. We have ample living room furniture, a kitchen table for 6-8, bar seating for 8, and deck dining table for 12, and 8 additional bar chairs and bistro tables at the hot tub - all on the second floor with clear sight lines. You can entertain friends for a day at the beach followed by BBQ and hot tub with comfort and elbow room and parking.
Now for the best part! Your vacation begins at arrival because all the bedding is in place! No need to spend the first 3 hours of your vacation struggling to make up bunk beds like in other rentals! And you don’t need a car stuffed to the ceiling with comforters and toilet paper and beach chairs. The house has in place most necessities: toilet paper, hand soap and hand towel in every bathroom, air freshener, roll of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, scrubby sponge, dishwasher soap, salt/pepper, coffee K-cups, tea bags, sugar/Splenda, napkins, kitchen dish towels, laundry soap, dryer sheets, spare propane for the barbecue, and more.
Wait! One more thing! At 16 68th Street, you save trouble and expense because the beach tags are included, and there’s no need to rent bicycles, or buy over-priced boogie boards. It’s all included at the house.
