This beautiful Two Story 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home located in the much requested Gated Community of West Haven, is just right for your familys next vacation. In West Haven, you are out of the hustle & bustle of the traffic but close enough to the attractions, Disney & Universal, to not have to spend hours driving!
Your vacation home has many special touches to make you feel right at home. A Tiled Foyer and Main Area downstairs, brings all the luxury together as you enter the home.
Formal Dining for 8 and a Sitting Area for reading or relaxing greet you upon arrival. The Grand Columns are a special touch.
The Downstairs provides you with a spacious Gourmet Kitchen w/Stainless Steel Appliances and and Eat In Dinette for coffee breaks. There is a Breakfast Bar for 3. Also boasting a view of the Pool Area from the Eat In Dinette for 4, you will love this Kitchen with Granite Counter Tops, Kitchen Island, Dinnerware, Flatware and Cookware to make meals at home at your leisure.
The main Living Area features comfortable Leather Furniture, a Large Flat Screen TV w/Cable & DVD Player. A view to and access to the inviting Pool & Spa area are available from the Living Area.
The over size Lanai, Pool & Spa will provide you with hours of fun on those Non-Theme Park days or a few moments of relaxation after the hustle and bustle of seeing the sights. Upgraded Patio Furniture and Sun Loungers are available for your enjoyment. A Pool Safety Fence is in place.
Upstairs, two Master Suites share access to the large Balcony. French Doors from both bedrooms take you out to the Balcony overlooking the Pool Area. You will find lovely Patio Furniture on the Balcony. No rear neighbors for a privacy view.
Enjoy the newly added Game Room on your days in. There are Board Games, a Pool Table with Convertible Ping Pong Table Top and Foosball Table for family fun! For your comfort there are bar stools for seating and a portable room fan.
