Welcome to our newly restored Victorian retreat, where past meets present. Our home was originally built in the 1890s and was restored so visitors are able experience a piece of Nashville history. Located just 8 minutes from downtown with plenty to do nearby! Sink into our sofas by one of four original fireplaces, perfect for lazy evenings with loved ones. Admire the intricate details and elegant furnishings that add charm to every corner.
The space
Our home (Built in 1890!) has been carefully renovated to encourage all sorts of travellers! You can experience this carefully restored 19th century home which showcases our big beautiful original pocket doors.
Our home is perfect for people who like to host special occasions. We offer plenty of living space with tons of sleeping options. We have private outdoor space that will allow any host to bring the party outside before going to Broadway for the night.
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms containing up to 11 separate beds. 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 5 full beds and 2 pull out couches (2 air mattresses can be provided at your request).
The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed equipped with a large beautifully renovated master bathroom. The second sleeping room has two twin beds with plenty of closet space. The third sleeping area is our unique "study" equipped with a pull out couch for added sleeping options. On the main floor, there is a second newly renovated bathroom supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Moving upstairs we have our final bedroom, this room is equipped with 5 full sized beds and a pull out couch. In this house, all mattresses are memory foam. Furthermore, on each bed, you can choose from two different types of pillows to ensure optimal comfort.
We provide a spacious fully supplied kitchen, perfect for all travellers looking to visit a home away from home. Added in the kitchen, there is an office area for anyone who needs to work from home. Don't worry, we have Fast and Free Wifi available for you!
Yes, this home comes with high speed wifi, and a 70" smart tv with capabilities to log into any of your favorite personal streaming services. For guests who have an extended stay (or packed light!), we have an in-unit washer and dryer, luggage racks, hair dryers, and a huge fully fenced in backyard for your convenience.
The property comes with tons of free on-property parking, perfect for any big group looking to drive down.
