Two of the bedrooms facing the backyard and garden have doors walking out to large size, newly built cedar wood balconies overlooking the backyard and garden. Another bedroom is facing east, a quiet small street, where you can watch the beautiful sunrise from the window. There are two skylights in the house, so the house is filled with light. Custom light fixtures in every room, Hardwood floors throughout. The TV room is on the 2nd floor with flat screen digital TV. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook and dine.
