Positive: .Quite near to Imago & nearby eateries .Apartment is complete with the necessities such as mini dining table, cooking stove, kitchen ,fridge ,Laundry machine+dryer etc . Clean and comfort plus good modern design & furniture.
Negative: .The wooden flooring was worn out and needs replacement. A nail was found protruding and my wife accidentally step on it. .The bedroom aircon wasn't even cold . Needs a bit of a check by the repair man. . Needs to go down to basement via the elevator to throw out the garbage.
Summary: overall my family & I had a good stay at the apartment. 7/10
