Positive: Beautiful place with spectacular views.

Negative: Not a problem for our group since we had a F-250 4 wheel but, definitely want a 4-wheel drive to access which was listed in description. They did provide a snow plow service which made the property much more accessible.

Summary: Incredible place with amazing views!
