The property is great for two families as it is 2 stories with 2 living areas. Bedroom one has a folding wall between bedroom two "Ideal for parents/young kids". "Ruby's" is family, child & pet friendly with a large fully fenced back yard with toys, board games, a selection of DVD's or a book to read for the relaxing parent. * This house IS pet friendly , a pet surcharge fee of $100 applies; all pets must be agreed to in writing prior to stay.
