While the beds and sofas are new, the antique hardwood furniture is locally sourced to retain an authentic decor. The 2,000 square feet offer ample space and the two-acre property provides a beautiful setting. Amenities include:

- Interstate 81, about half a mile from our property, offers convenient access to many attractions within the Shenandoah Valley. There can be ambient highway noise audible from our property, depending on traffic and the weather, so we have a white noise machine for guests sensitive to noise.
- From approximately April through November, we have a mowing service mow our lawn. They typically mow on Tuesdays in the late morning/early afternoon (weather permitting) and usually complete the mowing in 30 minutes.
