S. Permuda Wynd 139 House has various damage in several areas. All damage areas will be repaired or replaced to the same or better condition than prior to the storm. We are actively pursuing all repairs but the busy market for repairs makes it difficult to estimate the completion of those repairs. We are optimistic that the repairs will be completed by June. The separate dining area with spectacular panoramic beach views has a dining table that seats 8 comfortably and a large buffet with wine rack for easy entertaining.Accommodates ten people with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.This home boasts 4 bedrooms with new berber carpet and covered direct deck to ocean access from 3 of them. The master suite includes a queen bed, flat screen TV with CD/DVD player, slider to deck, double sinks, soaking tub with separate shower and a sitting area with long beach views. A second master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV, ocean view and private access to a shared bath. The 3rd and 4th bedroom included pyramid bunk beds; full bed on bottom and twin bed on top - sleeping for 3 in each. There is a large capacity washer and dryer and an outside hot/cold enclosed shower.The Beach is NEVER crowded, even during summer months parents will love the quiet neighborhood setting for children.Highly-rated golf course is nearby. Gourmet restaurants and family-style restaurants are conveniently located.
