Positive: Location was good.
Negative: No safe as specified, noisy neighbour and very very noisy hall fan!! Do need to get that seen to. Bed not comfy and duvet not adequate for adults. Plus sofa felt dirt as did most of the flat. Sorry but seeking a dream but sadly not.
Summary: Noisy neighbours, unclean but location good.
