This modern glamping tent will normally sleep 5 adults in comfort and with the addition of a folding travel cot for an infant if requested, thereby accommodating a family of 6.
The unit is equipped with a Luxury Folding Double that can be used as seating during the day. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed with a Single Bunk above capable of supporting an adult. Along with a range of furniture to ensure your stay is comfortable there is a fully functional kitchen including microwave cooker and full size fridge.
Inside and outside seating is provided to enable meals or drinks on the terrace or inside.
Situated in Dordogne this accommodation is just 6km from the nearest town (thiviers) and close to many of the Perigord tourist attractions of the Dordogne. The tent is situated on a small 6 pitch campsite that has a shared modern heated amenities block where you will find 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 wash basins and hairdryer.
On site we have a small playground, an above ground swimming pool. We also have Wifi across the whole area. A ten minute walk away is The Fiddlers Rest which serves meals. Breakfast can be arranged and we have a fridge with soft drinks and ice cream (honesty box)
If required, guests can book a full continental breakfast (see photo) for 7โฌ per person. The breakfast will include Fresh Bread, Pastries, Eggs, Yoghurt, Butter, preserves, Juice's with coffee or tea delivered to the tent.
The owner and her husband live onsite so are available for much of the day
Guests should note that we are located 600 metres off the Rn21 and not actually part of Saint Jory De Chalais despite our postal code.
Wifi internet is available across the entire site so communications with the outside world will allow for browsing for your next day trip or restaurant bookings.
