TAXES AND FEES:
Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. Also a credit card for $200 USD security deposit, a daily rate exclusive of tax resort fee* of Junior Suite - ₱670, One Bedroom - ₱770, Two Bedroom - ₱840, Penthouse - ₱920 (Mexican Pesos, per room, per night) and a municipality sanitation tax of 33.68 MXN per room per night will be required. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
Cabo Azul Resort will be following the WTTC Safety and Hygiene and “Punto Limpio” (Mexican certification) procedures. In all areas of the resort, social distancing protocols will be enforced at all times and we encourage guests to remain at least six feet from other groups when using the resort amenities.
UPON ARRIVAL

Elevator use will be limited to “2” guest at a time
Bellmen will escort guest and deliver all luggage to room but will not enter the room to place luggage and/or groceries.
GUEST ROOMS

Delivery of extra linens and amenities will be delivered at the room door only, Team members will not be allowed to enter a guest room.
RESTAURANTS
According to the alert system, there will be a limited capacity
Reservations are highly recommended
Beverage Menu service is available around the pool. The swim up bar will remain closed
IN ROOM DINING
Food will be packaged only as a “to go” presentation. No chinaware will be used for room service
Food will be delivered at the door. Team members will not be allowed to enter a guest room
POOLS & BEACH:
Lounge chairs have been installed following social distancing guidelines. Additional lounges will not be placed
Limited capacity restrictions will be posted at the pool and Jacuzzi areas.
All towels will be wrapped in plastic bags
Each lounge chair will be disinfected appropriately prior to use of each guest
If indicated by the local authorities, the access/use of the pools, Jacuzzi’s, and beach will be denied.
FITNESS CENTER
The maximum capacity in the fitness center will be 10 people at a time.
Disinfecting of each machine will done after every use
