*SANITIZED* Welcome to our "Speakeasy Condo" located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is perfect for the mixologist at heart! Load of entertainment and attractions just in walking distance from your condo. Walk over to tge Scottsdale Entertainment District and enjoy all of the night life, restaurants and attractions that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer! Walking into the condo you'll be impressed by the modern design with 1920's Prohibition accents and decor. The modern kitchen sits off to your left and straight ahead is the open living space. Walking into the living space, you'll be excited by the decor and the retro 1920's pub style table with it's own wine opener! This is really a cool place to stay and is the mixologists dream condo! Prohibition decor, beer mugs and Moscow mule mugs will get you in the mood for a cold one! The pub table sits right in front of the HD Smart TV. Stream movies, sports and entertainment while you kick off your vacation! The dinning are connects to the living room where you'll find a brown leather pintuck sofa bed with two blue sitting chairs and two ottomans. The sofa bed can be pulled out to accommodate more guests or over-night visitors. This is a great place to lounge and entertain. Behind the couch is the balcony area which has a full size dinning table that can seat up to six people. The balcony looks out to the Palm Trees along Goldwater Rd and has a partial view of the swimming pool. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile flooring, and granite counter tops with designer tile backsplash. It's fully equipped with all of the cookware you'll need to create a great meal! The master bedroom has a king sized be with an upholstered, cream colored pintuck headboard, two nightstands and two chandelier lights and a ceiling fan. Across from the bed is a tall dresser with a HD Smart TV on top of it. The master bedroom has a good sized closet and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a white vanity with a table-top sink and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a an upholstered, purple pintuck headboard. Next to the bed are two dark wood night stands and two elegant two chandelier lights. The room also has a grey upholstered rose chair, modern a ceiling fan and a tall dark wood dresser with HD Smart TV on top of it. The guest bedroom has a good sized closet and an attached bathroom. The guest bathroom has a white vanity with a table-top sink and a tub & shower combo. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and beautiful tile. It has a large fridge with a water and ice dispenser.
