Beautiful and fully equipped apartment on three floors, located in Sant Elm. Sant Elm is a town on the north-west coast of Majorca. It belongs to the municipality of Andratx. It is a picturesque fishing village, only a short drive from Andratx and Port D’Andratx away. It is bout 300 meters distance from the beach and in front of an uninhabited island called Es Pantaleu. In about 600 meters distance, there is another uninhabited island called Sa Mitjana. The amazing, mystical island of Sa Dragonera is close by too. It can be reached by boat. The house has three bedrooms, with one double bed each and two bathrooms. Amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony and terrace. TV/SAT. WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Suitable for up to 6 persons (the 5th and 6th guest pay an additional charge of 30€/day each). The apartment has a pretty and big terrace with a table and chairs in order to enjoy a lunch/dinner outside. There is a baby cot & a high chair in the house. Rules: - It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment. -Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean. -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit. Booking conditios: -City Tax not included: 2,48€ per person/night -Please note that late check ins: from 21:00 to 23:00, there is a charge of 30€ to be paid upon arrival from 23:00 onwards, there is a charge of 50€ to be paid upon arrival IMPORTANT: We cant offer check in service after 1:00.
