Masia Pairal is a historical Catalan mansion built over 250 years ago in the "Los Viñedos, in the village of Sant Pere de Ribes. Unique location in relation to the surrounding towns and beaches of Sitges. The villa is located in a high-end residential area. The more than 4,000 sqm private ground offers privacy for all guests. The villa has a good mix of original period features combined with modern comfort. The garden is spacious and has a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. The villa consists of two parts, the villa and the wing. When you enter the main building you will find the dining area with access to the living room and kitchen. The dining area has a long table and a reception table with tourist information and a telephone. From here you enter a guest room with toilet as well as a romantic patio with lounges. The spacious living room is tastefully furnished with fireplace, bookcase full of books for adults and children, plasma TV with satellite channels and All Surround Sound System, DVDs for children and adults, as well as an iPod dock. From the living room you have access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the lawn and fountain. From the dining room you enter the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, double sink, Nespresso machine, kettle, juicer, blender, microwave / oven, storage with large fridge and freezer and an extra fridge for bottles. From the kitchen you enter the barbecue area with seating for 8 people. From here you enter the garden with the long dining table for up to 24 guests. From the barbecue area you have access to a laundry room, equipped with first-aid kit, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. Through the kitchen you pass the pantry and you reach the "Pinos" bedroom. On the first floor are five bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. All bedrooms have mosquito nets. Each bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and 2 sinks, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. There is a 40 m² balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the garden, pool and mountains. The wing of the villa features 3 bedrooms and a cottage, all with access to the patio / courtyard. Price based on 22 people, additional fee in case of 23 or 24 people.! To mid-June and from late August rental from 3 nights possible, price on request. Deposit € 2000, - to be paid in advance by bank transfer of on arrival in cash.
