Summary: The toilet, sink, tub, and bed sheets did seem clean, but the floors were heavily stained and dirty. Items were not properly maintenanced, or fixed correctly, or even completed (dry wall putty over holes in wall, but not smoothed and painted; tub faucet not properly mounted, toilet paper holder broken, cigarette burns on furniture, even though it was a non smoking room.) However, room was roomy, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and tub was thabkfully very clean seemingly. Neighborhood was pretty noisy.
