AN OUTDOOR OASIS:
Guests vacation in Florida to enjoy the beautiful weather, and the outdoor amenities at Villa Glamerossi make that more than possible. As a west-facing property, you can take in absolutely stunning sunsets each evening from the two balconies and roof top deck.
The pool area is truly stunning and is surrounded by a lanai (screened area), allowing you to enjoy the sunshine, see the palm trees, and watch the boats passing by in the canal. The pool and hot tub Within the lanai, the deck area of the pool features lounge chairs and a full outdoor kitchen and bar area. Guests love to prepare and enjoy dinner on the main deck and balcony!
The dock area is right on the canal. Kids love to fish right off of the dock and adults love to lounge under the tiki hut. And the boat lift makes it convenient for docking boats, which we highly recommend renting to get the full Cape Coral and Villa Glamerossi experience.

The inside of Villa Glamerossi is just as stunning. A grand spiral staircase greets you as you enter the property, and leads you from the ground floor all the way to the rooftop deck. You’ll find a pool table, a full bar area, a home theater area, and a relaxing, sunlight-filled living area.

THE AREA:
We have the ideal location right along the famous canals of Cape Coral. The neighborhood, known as Pelican, is one of the more private and serene in the area for ultimate relaxation. The only traffic you’ll encounter is watching the occasional boat pass by from the backyard balcony.
Just 30 minutes from the Fort Myers airport, our neighborhood is a great basecamp for various local attractions. There are many wonderful restaurants under 10 minutes away, including Rum Runners on the water. Sun Splash Water Park is less than 20 minutes away and a major hit with kids. Fort Myers Beach is an easy 35 minutes drive from home, but there’s also a private beach just 16 minutes away at Cape Coral Yacht Club that non-members can access for a fee.
Cape Coral is famous for its gorgeous system of canals and its welcoming small town feel. This makes it the perfect place for families and groups of friends to come enjoy a vacation full of relaxation, fun activities and great food – especially seafood.

GETTING AROUND
You’ll find that having your own car is the most convenient way to travel in the area. Our property has a driveway as well as garage parking access. Rideshare services are available but do plan ahead as there can often be a wait.
As for getting around via the canals, if you rent a boat you can conveniently dock it right off of our private dock. Having such seamless access to the waterways is a highlight for many of our guests.
