Dias Blue is a seafront luxury villa with stunning endless views of the blues of the Mediterranean sea. The 320 m2 villa accommodates 12 guests in its 6 bedrooms and is located just steps away from the beach and captures the essence of relaxing holidays by the sea. Located in the highly desirable area of Gouves which has all the necessary daily amenities.

Layout
Dias Blue Villa covers 320 m2 in total and consists of 2 autonomous dwellings, rented together as one Villa. The property spreads in 3 levels and is ready to accommodate your stay in its 6 spacious bedrooms. The Villa offers 2 separate entrances and privacy among your group, making it ideal for big families or groups of friends of up to 12 guests. The layout is similar for both houses and has as follows.
Ground Floor
Both buildings are identical and have the same layout. An open plan space on the ground floor hosts the living room, dining area and kitchen. An elevator is available, enabling easy access between the floors. The living area features a 65 smart TV, fireplace, corner sofa and coffee tables, as well as direct access to the pool. The beautiful views are facilitated by state-of-the-art modern architecture offering mirror imaging through glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen provides a breakfast counter with 2 stools, while the adjacent indoor dining table for 10 offers direct access to the BBQ area and outdoor dining table for all guests. Furthermore, one bedroom with 43 smart TV, safe and access to the BBQ, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin can also be found on the ground floor.
First Floor
On the first floor of each building guests can find the remaining two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a 43 smart TV and a private balcony with seating area and umbrella, while the second one offers a 32 smart TV and balcony with amazing views of the sea and seating area for 4, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. All bedrooms have 1,60 X, 2,00 beds with top mattresses, wardrobes and individually controlled A/C. Finally, one more bathroom with shower cabin, washer and dryer is located on this level. The Villa os equiped to satisfy all your needs and guarantee a comfortable deluxe vacation.
Outdoor area
The exterior space of Dias Blue Villa covers 400m2 and offers many facilities including:
- A private, 30 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,40 m deep. The pool area is equipped with 4 sun beds, seating area and 4 poofs, so you can relax all day long and enjoy sunbathing. Savor the natural beauty of Greece and the captivating imagery depicted in colorful sunsets!
- At the rear part of the Villa, gas BBQ facilities and an outdoor sink, as well as 2 outdoor dining tables for 16 under 2 shaded pergolas, provide all essentials for al fresco dining. Dont miss the chance to enjoy a homemade family dinner with your loved ones!
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
