Positive: Beautiful villa with great amenities. Good location to restaurants, etc.
Negative: This villa was marketed as an ocean view, but it is a partial view at best. Easily 90% of the view is parking lot. 10% of the view is ocean if you're sitting. 15% if you're standing. Very disappointed. I chose this villa because of the "ocean view" which was the most important thing to me.
