*The ground-floor offers a contemporary and stylish open concept kitchen and living room with feature external glass walls, and amazing panoramic views of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay, a dining table for 8, living area with sofa, smart TV, free WiFi, fully airconditioned with a direct approach to the pool area and outdoor dining area. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
*The outdoor (ground floor level) offers a private 24,5 sqm pool (7m x 3,5m) with salt electrolysis systems, 6 deck chairs, a sun umbrella, an outdoor shower, an outdoor dining area for 8 pax, and a barbecue.
