It’s a 5 minute stroll to the beach and a little further to Mudjimba surf life saving club, eateries and a general store. All the convenience of larger Maroochydore is 10 minutes away.

The Space:
Grand double doors lead you into a Grecian style entrance hall and on to a sunken, open plan living/kitchen/dining space with stylish tiled flooring throughout. The living area comes with a large ‘Smart’ TV and 2 comfy sofas, flowing through to a fully-equipped kitchen with a family sized fridge, 900 mm oven, 5-burner gas cooktop, microwave and sandwich maker. A nearby dining table seats 6 people but there are also 2 more al-fresco dining tables to utilise, accessed via 2 sets of glass sliding doors from the living space. Both outdoor tables seat 4 people and overlook an in-ground swimming complete with raised spa and waterfall. There’s also a gas barbecue and a covered outdoor bar area with stools.
The house has 2 bedrooms, with the master bedroom offering a queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an open plan ensuite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. More sliding doors lead out to one of the alfresco dining areas and the swimming pool/spa beyond. The second bedroom is L-shaped and features floorboards and 2 queen sized beds, bringing the sleeping capacity of the house to 6 people. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan above each bed and. Off this bedroom is a door to the main bathroom, also accessible via the hallway, which has a double shower and separate large corner bathtub.
The laundry facilities are in the garage, accessed via a door off the kitchen leads, and come with a Fisher & Paykel washing machine and separate Electrolux clothes dryer. The garage also houses a couple of surf skis for guest usage. Please note the garage is not used for cars, but there is room for several vehicles in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Laid back Mudjimba is the perfect beachside holiday destination, with all the convenience of Maroochydore only 10 minutes drive away. The house itself is in a great location, only a short stroll to the beach, attracting families, sun lovers and serious surfers in search of the perfect swell. Walk a few more minutes and you’ll come to the Mudjimba surf life saving club, cafes, restaurants and a general store. If you like your seafood fresh, head to the northern side of Maroochy River and catch yourself a fishy feast, or explore the conservation park, brimming with birdlife. Other Sunshine Coast hot-spots such as Coolum and Noosa are a little further up the coast.
Getting Around:
Although the house is best suited to guests with a car, bus services are available nearby which will take you into Maroochydore in about 30 minutes (as opposed to a 10 minute drive).
Beach and strip is only minutes walk away, complete with a general store and plenty of high quality beachside restaurants, so leave the car at home and enjoy the best that Mudjimba has to offer.
