Three years is the time we have invested in making an old project to open a charming rural establishment, with quality as a premise. The set consists of a large house (4 rooms) and two smaller ones (1 room each) articulated around a central corralón paved with granite stone rolled, in the mountain style, which is accessed through a traditional Castilian doorway. In addition there is a large garden and two porches. The whole set has been built with traditional materials and local artisan techniques that give an old air, recreating the typical constructions of the Sierra de Avila. To achieve this, stone has been used from demolition of century-old houses in the area, Arabic tiles traditionally made in a tile in the area, wooden beams on all roofs, as well as wood in loading docks, doors, windows and railings. All interior carpentry and exterior doors have been made by an artisan carpenter, just like the forge. The decoration has been exquisitely taken care of in keeping with the impressive overall appearance of the whole. From painting, having chosen several colors and high decoration techniques; up to the furniture, all of solid wood and chosen with patience to make the interior of this house an unforgettable place where the best of our past is mixed with the greater comfort of the present. Much of the municipality is included within the protected natural area of "Sierra de la Paramera y Serrota", within the network of natural areas of Castilla y León.
