Great room includes living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast counter and 47" HDTV w/NETFLIX DVD player and WiFi. Washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in each room. Large, full width sun deck with lounge chairs and cushions, rockers and dining tables with chairs. Large 35' x 15' unheated swimming pool with lounge chairs, cushions, rockers, tables/umbrellas and chairs. Boardwalk directly to shoreline. Beach chairs, boogey boards, beach umbrellas, kids toys and small kids 6' pool. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, charcoal park grill and ample under home and outside paved parking. For the very few rainy days, book and DVD libraries, puzzles and board games. New for 2022, new pool deck, boardwalk improvements and Beach Gear available for renter selection. WEEKLY RENTALS INCLUDE BED LINENS AND TOWELS.
