Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Close to the motorway but very quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable .
Negative: We had a disabled room for my brother who needs help washing and dressing. While this was taking place there was a knock at the door and a member of staff entered the room with another customer. She apologised and left. There was a do not disturb sign on the door. When questioned the member of staff thought she had done nothing wrong she said the lift was out of action and the customer needed access to our facilities. My brother could have been undressed and the do not disturb sign should have been obeyed . Staff need to be trained better. Also do not appreciate other people entering our room with our personal possessions in.
Summary: Good comfortable quiet rooms but stay spoiled by badly trained staff
