The bedroom is actually a loft. It is set up like a bedroom with its own bathroom. The space has shutters and a barn door to close the space off from the living room, but it isn't technically a separate bedroom.
Service Animal Exemption - The condo owner's family has severe allergies to dog hair. The homeowner has been approved by Airbnb to be exempt from hosting guests with service animals because it affects their health and safety. We ask that guests with service animals do not book this condo. Sorry for the inconvenience. (This exemption was granted solely to the homeowners and the local management company is not party to this exemption.)
The kitchen is nicely updated, but please be aware it is not equipped with a dishwasher.
Keurig is available in kitchen, but coffee pods and condiments are not provided.
Condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building, you must climb a set of stairs to access the unit.
Please note we do not make exceptions to our cancelation policy. There can be extreme weather, road closures, smoke, and wildfires in our area. Although these situations are rare, you should monitor the conditions and be familiar with the cancellation policy. Thanks for understanding.

We are right in the middle of town, less than half a mile to many shops, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores and the bowling alley.

This is a really nice space to unwind and relax after a day of adventure in the Eastern Sierra. The entire space was updated in May of 2021. The condo is technically considered a Studio plus Loft, but the loft is set up like a bedroom with it's own private bathroom (the loft is open to the space below).
The kitchen offers a luxurious feel with a tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and gold faucet/hardware. The bathrooms have modern vanities and faucets. Giant TV in the living room above the stone fireplace. There is a lot to like about this place, we hope you like it too.
