The Azure is a magnificent tropical-inspired development featuring nine residential buildings that surround a man-made beach. Each tower is set in a breathtaking tropical modern aesthetic that provides optimal natural ventilation, light, and shade.
A kidney bean-shaped clubhouse complements an organically formed lustrous landscape that capitalizes on the uniqueness of an artificial beach. This in turn asserts a sense of identity and legibility to the different character areas within the 6-hectare site.

1.Check-In time is 2:00 PM and Check-Out t is by 12:00 NN. Early Check in & Late Check out is not guaranteed and based on availability upon check in.
2.IMPORTANT: Wave pool is closed during Mondays for maintenance.
3.Age Requirement Policy: Guests must be 19 years or older to reserve a room. Guests must present an I.D upon check-in.
4.Internet Access: Complimentary 24 hour in room Internet access.
5.Breakfast: NOT INCLUDED in the rate.
6.Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud:
The guest is required to present the following:
a. actual credit card used in making the online booking
b. a valid government issued PHOTO ID of the card owner upon check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement.
If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel:
a. the guest is required to present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used
b. a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner
c. authorization letter stating that the credit card holder has allowed the guest to use his/her card for the reservation.
The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.
7.Credit Card Guarantee must accompany your reservation request, credit card guarantee authorization should be collected upon guest c heck-in. Guest credit card will be charged for late cancellation fees and no-shows if applicable. IF THERES NO SECURITY DEPOSIT OF PHP 5000.00
8.For Cash Payment of Security Deposit: A Php 5,000 Security Deposit (per unit) upon check in is required and the full amount is refundable at the time of check out less the cost of damages/lost/broken items incurred within your stay. Full amount is refundable upon check out less any damages cost.
9.Children Policy: Children 2 and below can stay in the room for free

10. Extra Person Charge: applied based on the maximum occupants per unit type as per below:
1 Bedroom: for 2 pax; maximum of 4 pax (Extra person charge for the 4th guest)
2 Bedrooms: for 4 Adults; maximum of 6 pax (Extra person charge for the 5th-6th guest each)
Extra Person Rate:
0-2 years old - Free of charge
3-12 years old - PHP 467.50 per person / night
13 and above - PHP 935.00 per person / night
11. Cancellation Policy: Best Flexible Rates or Standard rates are cancellable 72 Hours prior to arrival date. Penalty of entire stay amount for late cancellation or cancelling the reservations less than 72 Hours prior to arrival date. (3 DAYS CANCELLATION)
12. Modification of Booking: Modification is allowed if advised 72 Hours prior to arrival.
13. No-show: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
14. Parking: Parking available in the condominium premise for Php 200.00/day.
15. Connecting Rooms: No connecting in any of the Unit type.
16. Extra Bedding Policy: No extra bed or rollaway bed available.
17. Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A Php 1,000.00 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
18. Event Policy: Damage to the Unit include, but are not limited to: wall stains, carpet stains, paint scratches, etc. will be penalized accordingly.
Excessive Noise No loud gatherings and/or partying are allowed inside the unit to avoid complaints from adjacent units. A penalty of Php 5,000.00 PER OCCURRENCE or a FORCED EVICTION will be imposed should a complaint of excessive noise due loud gathering and/or partying will be raised.
