Summary: No air conditioning , only toilet works in the 1 bathroom . No toys games or high chair , backyard unsafe for children as construction material laying around . Front yard under construction , no front step 4 foot drop . We dropped our bags off early and left house she was still at property at 530 preparing . Sent us a text at 730 pm our children were to loud was unaware we were sharing the house . House was very clean .
