Positive: Excellent location
Negative: Lifts were not working properly, one day we were expected to use the stairs. Water heater was hit and miss. Toilet jet wasn’t working. Checkin was poor as had too wait in the room for 2 hours waiting for a room key. Also gym was out of use for 4 days due to repairs.
Summary: Excellent location, room on the whole was good, but amenities were poor.
