Spectacular views from the expansive balconies on both floors. The main floor features a spacious living room and dining area, spacious renovated kitchen with plenty of work space with all glass doors open to ocean views. Bedroom with King size bed and full bath complete the main level. Wrap around balconies provide some of the most amazing views around. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 queens size beds and a private bath and the master bedroom holds a King bed and gorgeous renovated full bath. The Master Bedroom also hosts access to 2 large sundecks.
On site amenities include exercise room, sauna, community room, oceanfront pool and barbecue area.
Everything you need is in this unit. We provide a stack-able washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, bath towel, linens, fully equipped kitchen and cooking supplies, shampoo and soap dispensers for the bathrooms, soap for washer and dishwasher, high speed internet and the ocean view.
We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door from the common hallway.
Our HOA is performing exterior maintenance on the entire building - concrete restoration and painting. The workers start around 8am and end at 4pm M-F. The work on my side of the building is complete so noise inside the condo should be minimal. You may experience noise throughout the day based on what they are doing or where they are working. Previous guests have not expressed any issues or impacts with their stays.
