This comfortable villa forms part of a complex of 3 properties: Son Ganxo I, Son Ganxo II and Son Ganxo III. All the houses are independent and have their own garden and private pool.

On the ground floor we find the large living-dining room, with views over the garden. There is a table seating 6 people, two comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and all the kitchenware/utensils you will need. Next to the dining room there is another living room with views over the pool which is an ideal space for reading or holding a party. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
The stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor where there is a fantastic suite with a large double bed. The suite has its own terrace and en suite with bath. There is another double bedroom with large bed also with its own terrace. There is another bathroom, with bath.
From the dining room we access the garden via a covered terrace, which comprises a table and 6 chairs so you can enjoy eating al fresco. There is a prívate pool surrounded by a lawned area, a barbecue and several hammocks.
