It has 220 m² and capacity for 6 people.This cosy villa counts with three bedrooms; it is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other one has two single beds. One of the rooms with double bed has a shower room en suite. In addition, the house has two more shower rooms. There is not air conditioning in the rooms but we are pleased to supply fans if you wish so.The Mediterranean style is present in every room. The light filled living area offers you two comfortable sofas where you can relax reading a book, watching TV or just having a little 'siesta'. The adjoining dining area with its spacious table is the right place to have a pleasant meal with your friends and family. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, juice maker, kettle, coffee machine, gas stove and oven, etc. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.The exteriors are beautiful: step outside on the spacious terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden area. The 50 m² porch is furnished with tables and chairs to have your meals during the summer. The 400 m² lawn area is the perfect place to let the children play and it is very well decorated with Majorcan stones and plants. The private chlorine pool has a size of 5 x 10 meters and it is surrounded by a terrace that and invites you to bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers. You can even have a mini ping pong competition with your friends and family. The finca has enough uncovered space to park up to 4 cars. Please feel free to come with your pet if you wish so.The area of Santa Margalida is located in the centre of the island, therefore is quite easy to get to most of the places in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly only locals live there, so you will be able to discover the real Mallorca. However, the center of town is just 2 km away and you will be able to find everything you need: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, many in bars and some restaurants as well. In only 15 minutes by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Spend a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. You will find good Paella restaurants there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! You should visit the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the little coves in Alcúdia or Pollença.
