Summary: The studio apt. was a renovated garage. It was quirky and cool. The main issue was that it had a 20ft ceiling in the main living space. The small ac unit was ill equipped to handle the heat for that size of a room. The management rep brought a spare box fan with promises of more to come that never materialized. It was hot, and uncomfortable. They offered to move me, but that would have taken me further away from the friends I was in New Orleans with. Fix the air problem and all other issues would fade to nothing.
