6 Sleeps 2 Beds 2 Baths Take a look at this dynamite 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms 1st floor unit inside the Sonoran Sun Resort. If you are looking for the greatest resort on Sandy Beach, that is Sonoran Sun. The resort features many amenities like a convenience store, gym, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, restaurants and aqua bar. This unit can accommodate 6 people very comfortably. This particular unit books very quickly because it is on the 1st floor, which means you are just steps away from the pools and the beach. From this unit, you have completely unobstructed views of the beach and ocean as well as a very large, flat grassy area just off of the patio. The living room of this unit has been furnished with two comfortable olive colored sofas. The larger sofa pulls out to a bed for two additional guests. The living room has a beautiful coffee table, matching end tables and a massive entertainment unit. There are Flat screen TV and DVD player. The unit also comes with free wireless internet and cable. The two sliding glass doors off the living room take you out to your first-floor patio. The dining room table can comfortably seat 6 people. The table is glass with wrought iron designs and wooden border. There is also additional seating on the bar stools at the kitchen counter. The appliances are white on white and include a built-in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and oven. The kitchen also has small countertop appliances like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. The cupboards and drawers have been filled with all the items you will need for cooking and entertaining. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wrought iron and wood frame. The headboard has a very intricate black wrought iron design. There are matching bedside tables and an olive green chair which is perfect to curl up in with your favorite book. The room also has TV and DVD and two sliding glass doors that open to the patio. The master bathroom has a large vanity with double sinks and plenty of lighting. The walk-in shower is a generous size and made of beautiful travertine tile. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with a matching suite of furniture. There are a large flat screen TV and a DVD player inside the armoire. The 2nd bathroom in the hall has a single sink vanity with a tub/shower combo. The patio has been furnished with a dinette set and some additional chairs for entertaining guests. Conditions CANCELATION POLICY If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM EARLY CHECK INS There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins. LATE CHECK INS If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC. EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES) If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds. LATE CHECK OUTS Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged. SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days. CLEANING The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
