Situated on the convenient and highly desirable second floor of the Sonoran Sun Resort, it is just a few steps to the swimming pool area and the relaxing sandy beach. The second floor location is absolutely ideal in that it offers a premium view of the pool, palm trees and sea, but also quick access to the stairs out to the beach or parking lot. This property has a private balcony where you and your family can enjoy a majestic sunset, or wake up to a beatiful sunrise. Beautiful red leather furniture adorns the living room, and is complimented by a large entertainment center with a 60-inch flat-screen smart TV with SATELLITE TV, Blueray player and bluetooth sound bar (so you can play your own music). You have free WiFi and a landline telephone with free calls to the US. Plenty of books, DVDs and magazines are available for your use. The sofa pulls out to a bed, and it can sleep 2 extra persons on a memory foam mattress for their comfort. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything you need, including dishes, pots, pans, utensils and small appliances—blender, coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. We also include staples you might need such as sugar, flour, cooking oil, and spices. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances. The patio has beautiful views of the sea, pool and surrounding palm trees. There is a new, custom-built, tile, counter-height (i.e., taller) dining table on the patio that allows for an unobstructed view of the sea and swimming pool. Also, there is a complete outdoor living-room set with sofa, two chairs and tables. It’s the perfect place for coffee in the morning, reading a book or napping, watching the sunset, or having a party with your friends. The outside area has three ceiling fans and can seat 9 comfortably. The master bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed and plush sofa for lounging. A 46-inch flat screen TV and DVD player sits across from the bed. The bathroom has double sinks and a large travertine tile shower. The second bedroom has a pillow-top, queen size bed with a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD player for private TV viewing. There is a large walk-in closet.The guest bath has a combination shower and soaking tub. The condo has been recently painted with custom colors and redecorated with Mexican artwork. The living room features a Huge, Aztec-tiled, wall mirror, custom-built by local artisan, Rey David'is. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. Conditions CANCELATION POLICY If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more prior to the arrival date there is a USD$100.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the arrival date then there will be no refunds. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM EARLY CHECK INS There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins. LATE CHECK INS If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC. EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES) If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds. LATE CHECK OUTS Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged. SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days. CLEANING The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service. (This service will only be provided for the first 3 days of your stay).
