Cheerfully and colorfully decorated, Mango Manor is a great spot for that long awaited family vacation. A former model home, it is located just a short walk to the beach and has access to the community amenities of Monteray Shores. Spend a week at Mango Manor, or two... Monteray Shores offers some great community amenities, summer activities and a clubhouse w/ pool and tennis courts. Ground Level: This level offers a main bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets (single on top, double futon bed on bottom) and a TV. The full bath also opens up to the salt water pool area for easy access from outside. The private pool and hot tub are totally gated off from the house, providing extra security with the little ones. Rounding out this level of the house is the laundry closet. Mid Level: This level is totally dedicated to bedrooms. You will find a King main bedroom with a tv, jetted tub and double vanity and deck access. There is also a semi-private Queen main bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access. This bathroom also opens up to the hall and shares with a room with a Daybed and Trundle and TV. Up a half flight of stairs is a half bath. Top Level: Features an open great room with 47" flat screen TV/DVD, stereo and fireplace. There is a well stocked kitchen and a glass dining table seating 8. There is seating for 4 more people at the kitchen bar and another 4 at the breakfast table. Just off the great room is a loft/office space with a TV/DVD. There is also a lovely King main bedroom with a TV/DVD, jetted tub and double vanity and deck access rounding out this home. Amenities: Private Salt Water Pool (2021 Pool Dates: May 1st-October 8th - Heat Available in May, June, & September), Hot Tub, 7 TV (2: Smart TV), 4 DVD, Movie Channels, Stereo, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, Fireplace, Loft. Beach Access: 635 yards. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Fireplaces Available November 1st through April 1st *Please note that this property has a pool which is open from May to October and can be heated for $60/night. NOTE: Pool heat not available in July & August. Pool heat must be requested with at least 48 hours of notice.
