The Space:
As you walk from the driveway to the front door.
Main entrance: There will be a digital lock keypad that you will enter the 4 digit password and press the lock icon on the keypad and door will unlock.
Straight Ahead: is the garage and is off limits.
1st Right: Will take you into the Living Room: Which has an amazing Queen sofa bed, 2 accent chairs, 1 coffee table, TV stand, 50 inch Android TV with an external roku, and 2 end tables, 1 entry table and 2 lamps.
Living Room to the Right: Will be the Kitchen: which has a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and all other items you will need to make a great home cooked meal.
The Living Room to the Left will be the Small Hallway to the Right: The 1st Bathroom which is a full bathroom with a shower no tub.
Small Hallway to the Left: is where the washer and dryer are staged.
Small Hallway going Straight Ahead: takes you to the small dining room that seats 6 people. -The door in this room also leads you to the outback patio where you can find the following. (bbq grill and 4 seater outside table with chairs)
2nd Right: is a staircase that leads to the second level of house.
Top of Staircase to the Hard Right: will take you to bedroom #1 (Queen Bedroom): which has a Queen Bed, 2 end tables, 2 usb lamps, 2 luggage racks and a closet.
Top of Staircase to the 2nd Right: will take you to bedroom #2 (Master Bedroom ): which has 1 King Bed, 2 end tables, 2 usb lamps, 2 luggage racks, and a closet.
Top of Staircase to the Left: will take you to bedroom #3 (2 Full bed & 2 Futons): Which has 2 Full beds, 2 Futons, 3 end tables, 3 usb lamps, 4 luggage racks, and a closet. Top of Staircase to the Straight Ahead: will take you to bathroom #2 : which is a full bathroom with tub/and shower extension.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon arrival.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
